It was just a few weeks ago that we wrapped up reading through all of the entries we received for our Wheel of Fortune Cookbook Recipe Contest, but with the book launching in just a few short months, there was no time to waste, so we got to testing and tasting the recipes right away!
Our panel of judges was super excited to get started. They were practically drooling at the thought of getting to try all of the amazing recipes we received. I think a couple of ‘em even brought their own utensils in, so they’d be ready to dig in at a moment’s notice. Let me tell ya, as one of the official judges, I couldn’t wait either.
Every day had something new to offer, whether it was a cheesy and creamy dip or a mouthwatering and delicious main dish. I’ve got to say, you folks sure are creative! Our judges were impressed by the way you reimagined classic dishes or combined unexpected ingredients to come up with some unforgettable new meals. Here are just a few of the yummy dishes we tasted:

And of course, who can forget the desserts? We definitely can’t! With so many fabulous pies, cakes, cookies, and puddings to try, I came prepared with my comfy pants. Our judges were more than willing to sacrifice their waistlines for a bite of your sweetest creations.
What would you do if all of this deliciousness was in front of you?
Tasting so many amazing recipes is a hard job, but somebody’s gotta do it! Our judges had to make some tough choices and individually evaluate each recipe on its taste, appearance, creativity, and ease of preparation.
I can’t spill any secrets just yet, but in just a couple of months we’ll be announcing our 12 winners to everyone! I can’t wait for you to hear what recipes have won, and to share in our excitement for these lucky winners.
